Therapist Training Application
Based on current functional cognition knowledge and UX research methods, I designed a mobile app to train busy professional therapists who need a practice tool that they can use before or after a workday. This helps them guide patients to learn new functional skills.
Challenges:
The program had several challenges, but program adherence proved to be the most challenging. The training process is long with 10 units (scenes) of training.
Because the app has four different training zones, I divided each zone into a 3-step process and added a progress bar (see Screens 1 & 2).

I added an onboarding guide (3)
but also, on-hover explanatory modal windows and tooltips (4) to support the need for learning by doing and assure a flow experience while using the App without the need to go back to the initial guide

Solutions:
Screens 5 and 6 show an example of a microcopy message that follows the users' actions. It provides immediate validation notes with feedback on the completed action.

I created an Evaluation Zone, which includes achievements and progress displays to motivate users to adhere to the training process (Screens 7 & 8).

Functional Cognition Training Application
This desktop App was designed for training self-evaluation of performance for people with special needs, to assist the therapists and guide the clients with cognitive deficits to self-reflect on their performance.

I took time to personalize the system. Each action has a validation message with feedback on the performance, performance self-evaluation, and reflective questioning.
The linear onboarding process includes a player-type questionnaire designed to match the microcopy messages, tip tools, and guidance to the users’ inner motivations.

Learning habits, training Application, and a collecting cards system
Make My day
The ability to become a school student is a learning process in itself. Imagine your 6 years old child going to school for the first time...No...imagine a beautiful wild young horse going to school...How would you guide? how would you help? This is what I did...
I designed a digital reflective weekly journal using a simple PowerPoint presentation, with features such as hyperlinks, animations, and gamification attributes. This allows an elementary school pupil to independently choose a goal, monitor the progress in achieving the goal, talk about challenges and achievements and receive rewarding feedback. These rewards come in the form of cards to collect, which are given by the teacher. This project involved close collaboration with the home class teacher, but first of all, with the child who loved using this gameful journal and learned how to fit in using joyful motivating training.
I like to be challenged!
Law Office Website
I was challenged with a project that took me outside my comfort clinical zone. it needed to be professional and formal, as well as engaging and user-friendly.
Because accessibility is a part of my designs, I used quick-call to action click-buttons and a one-glance view of all navigation options from each frame. Further, I used AB testing to choose the best layout.
Usability testing would be the next step to assure that this app answeres the user's needs
